Walking distance – Gastronomic restaurant located in the old stable of the chateau de Bourron.
Bourron Castle works in close collaboration with the Chef of the restaurant “Les Prémices”, Mr. Dominique Maës. The latter is referenced in the Michelin guide, Gault et Millau (16/20) and was elected “Clef d’Or” in 2000. His fame, which makes us proud even beyond our French borders, he is also laureate of the Prize of the European Foundation of Gastronomy and viticulture.
