The Bourron castle works in tight collaboration with the Chef of the restaurant « Les Prémices », Mr Dominique Maës who is listed in the guide Michelin, in the Gault et Millau (16/20) and was awarded the Clef d’Or. His fame which we are very proud of goes well beyond our frontiers since he has also been awarded the Prize of the European Foundation of Gastronomy and wine-growing.
He is at your disposal for all personalised requests. Various menus can be suggested.

The south perspective tennis court
Clay tennis court : we can lend you balls and rackets if needed. You can only play in the summer weather permitting of course.

The swing and the sandpit
Just next to the tennis court, which is most convenient for the parents playing tennis. Children must NOT be left unattended.

Riding a bicycle
You can enjoy wonderful rides in the park.
We can lend you our grandfather and grandmother's bicycles as well as a map of the park (Free of charge).
You can only ride IN the park.

Petanque
Throw and roll as much as you want in the sandy and sunny avenues !

Hiking
Don’t forget to hike in our beautiful walled 42 hectare park !

Rock climbing in the Fontainebleau forest
The Fontainebleau forest rocks are famous for being unique in the world. It is over 30 000 hectares and its two to ten meter high sandstone rocks provide many varied climbing opportunities for all levels. Over 200 trips available for energetic people.

Horse riding
Horse riding in Seine et Marne is thriling. You can ride either a horse or a poney with professionals, on your own or with a group for a few hours or even more.

Hiking
You are very near Fontainebleau forest and if you want the guide book, do not hesitate and ask for it at the reception. Hiking is a privileged moment which combines relaxation and discovery.
