• RESTORING THE CHAPEL 2002 TO 2004
The beautiful chapel, dating from 1782, had had for years problems of damp and woodworm. The association worked to save the chapel and in 2004 a ventilation system was installed and the wood was treated or replaced. Thanks to the association, the chapel is now saved and has regained its beauty.

• RESTORING OF THE SAINT-SEVERE SPRING, situated North perspective
The origin of the name of the castle and the village is "Boron" or "Bovron", which means "everflowing spring" in Celtic. The photograph shows the source of the spring with the small building which is sadly in need of repair, both to the walls and the vaulted ceiling.
• THE LAST STAGE OF THE ICEBOX RESTORATION
Following the 2005 restoration works, the roof moved 10 cm. It will be necessary to repair this to save the icebox.

| RECALL OF THE OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION |
Started in 1999, the aim of the association was to create a support group where members will come together in an atmosphere of friendship and culture around a project of restoration, practical help and financial support for the up-keep of the castle and its grounds. To understand more about its history and cultural, events are organised by the association, plantation days with activities and games... dinners in the grounds in front of the Castle (all in white!) Historic and horticultural sessions with the forest warden, Mr. Roy.
Events are programmed, as for example the dinner in white in the South perspective of the castle, to have more details of the events ever realized, do not hesitate to consult our internal newspaper.
