We are proud to have Dominique Maes as our Chef, a member of the National Cookery Academy, listed in the Guide Michelin and the Gault & Millau (16/20) and a "Golden Key" holder. He was also awarded the prize of "The European Foundation for Gastronomy and viticulture". He is happy to prepare personalised menus for your receptions, seminars of weddings.
